Job Interview Success and Tips for Interviews

Employers look for a person who will be a pleasure to work with and who can work into the company’s work atmosphere just as much as they look for skills. Keep that in mind when conversing with potential employers.

Remain positive during the interview

During the interview try to remain as cool as possible. Ask for clarification if you're not sure what's been asked and remember that it is perfectly acceptable to take a moment or two to frame your responses so you can be sure too fully answer the question.

Do not speak negatively

Do not speak negative about your
current or  former employer or give any confidential information that you shouldn't. We have seen people lose out on jobs by criticizing former employers or by mentioning things about their current employer that they should not have.

Practice Makes Perfect

Have a career counselor or friends and family ask you a list of questions and give you feedback.Film your responses and review your performance.

After completing major part of interview , if appropriate, ask some questions , they will know enployer your interest in the job .

Do some research before interview

When you walk into a job interview, knowledge of the company's history, goals and current activity proves to the interviewer that you are not only prepared for the interview, but also that you want to be a part of the organization.
