Ans: This is a primary question in any interview. You need to have a short statement prepared in your mind. Start with the item farthest back and work up to the present.Limit it to work-related items unless instructed otherwise. Ans: Give several reasons and include skills, experience and interest.

Ans: Ther could be number of examples. A few good examples are:

Ans: This question can be given with some situation in the organisation , interviwer want to know how will you handle this situation.Try to avoid labels. Some of the more common labels, like progressive, salesman or consensus, can have several meanings or descriptions depending on which management expert you listen to. The situational style is safe, because it says you will manage according to the situation, instead of one size fits all.

Q.6 Are you able to work under pressure?
Ans: [This question can also be given with some situation in the organisation , interviwer want to know how will you handle this situation]. You may say that you thrive under certain types of pressure.

Ans: I would like to be here for a long time. Or As long as we both feel I’m doing a good job.Any definit time are not good here.

Ans: Tell him about your experience relate to the position. If you do not have specific experience, get as close as you can.
Q.9 What was reason for leaving your last job.
Ans: Never speak ill of management ,supervisors, co-workers or the organization. If you do so, you will be the one looking bad.Give for a positive reason such as a chance to do something special ,opportunity or other forward-looking reasons.
Q.10 Are you yourself successful?
Ans: You should always answer yes and also briefly explain why. A good explanation is that you have set goals, and you have met some and are on track to achieve the others.

Ans: The answer of this question should be based on the research you have done on the organization.You can also relate it to your long-term career goals.
Q.12 Do you know anyone who works for us?
Ans: Be aware of the policy on relatives working for the organization. It can affect your answer even though they asked about friends not relatives. Be careful to mention a friend only if they are well thought of.
Q.13 What is your thinking towards work?
Ans: The interviewer here wants to see that do you have strong feelings of working.The best answer here is Short and positive and showing a benefit to the organization.
Q.14 What is your priorty: the money or the work?
Ans: The better answer is money is always important, but the work is the most important.
Q.15 Give reasons why should we hire you?
Ans: Do not mention any other candidates to make a comparison.Point out how your assets meet what the organization needs.
